We have a simple belief: take care of people, and they will come back. As one of the few truly family-owned and family-operated Ford dealerships in Alabama, we make decisions other dealers cannot, and every one of them is for the benefit of our customers.
Conveniently located between Birmingham and Anniston, we have grown into a destination for new and used Fords, Roush vehicles, Mustangs, lifted trucks, and our own TCcustoms line. Whatever you need, we have the vehicle and the team to make it happen.

Our History
From One Showroom to a 13-Acre Campus
When Steve Watts and Bill Sain bought Pell City Ford in 2009, they saw potential. Today that vision spans a 13-acre campus and one of the most complete Ford experiences in Alabama.
It Started With a Belief
Steve Watts and Bill Sain purchase Pell City Ford, opening with 19 employees, a 9,000-square-foot new-car showroom, a service center, and a lot for used cars and trucks.
A Brand-New Flagship
We replace the original dealership with a 27,200-square-foot glass showroom featuring LED and halo accent lighting. The original building is repurposed for pre-owned sales, inspections, heavy engine work, and detailing, while a massive Quick Lane serves every make and model.
TCcustoms & the Commercial Vehicle Center
A 36,000-square-foot headquarters for TCcustoms and a commercial-fleet service center opens right next door, with lifts rated to 25 tons, new EV charging, and service bays more than doubled to 48. Our team crosses the 100-employee mark.
The Next Generation
Co-owners Mitchell Watts, Kyle Sain, and Billy Sain carry forward what their fathers started, with General Manager Doug Bailey leading the Pell City team. Same family. Same promise. More ways to say yes.
