Service Department

The servicing of your vehicle is our number one concern at Town & Country Ford. We would like you (our customer) to know that we are here to take care of your vehicle. Our service hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., along with Saturday Service from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Town & Country Ford also offers courtesy shuttle service for our customer's convenience along with our "Early Bird" drop off which you will find at the front of our service drive. This system allows you to drop off your vehicle after hours for service.

Our service department is staffed with courteous and competent personnel who insure that your new vehicle is serviced professionally. Our technicians are certified and trained by Ford Motor Company. As part of our commitment to you, we give every customer a factory maintenance menu with a complete listing of items recommended by Ford Motor Company to keep your vehicle in top shape.

Also, we are a Certified Light Duty Caterpillar Repair Center, and we will be a Light Duty Cummings Repair Center soon. Last but not least, we have 90 days same as cash for service repairs with approved credit and we accept commercial billing accounts.
