My salesman was Gary Shotts and he has been a God send. He put me to ease right off and made feel as if I was the most important person in his day. He has exceeding any expectations I expected. I had been several places and had been viewed as woman, stupid and blonde but with Mr Gary no so. He was on a mission to help me which I appreciated more than he could possibly know. He calls and checks on me even after the sale so I know I am not just another sale.

This was my first new car purchase in over 8 years and only being here a short time I wasn't sure who might be a reputable dealership to contact regarding a new car purchase. After deciding a new 2011 Ford Mustang might be a good choice I asked a few long time Birmingham residents who they would consider purchasing a new Ford product from. Town & Country came up a number of time so I decided to drive out to the dealership and give them a try. The dealership was well kept, clean and spacious which can give you a good feeling about the type of people working there. I was greeted with a smile and "How may I help you?" by the receptionist. A salesman was called to the floor and I was introduced to Jarred McCrary. We talked a bit about ourselves and what vehicle I was interested in. We went out to the lot and found the car I was looking for and he introduced me to the features of the '11 Mustang. In short order we took a test drive. He did a great job - respectful and patient during the sales process. We worked together on a purchase price, trade and financing. Bought it right then & there. Took delivery that day. Jarred even introduced me to a few of the folks I'll be working with when I bring in my car for maintenance. Being the #1 Rousch dealer in the state may prove helpful in any performance upgrades I may conider later. Jarred followed up a number of time to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, answer any questions I had and even to thank me on behalf of Town & Country for purchasing a new Ford vehicle from their dealership. The new car purchase process from Town & Country was very comfortable and refreshing after some of the previous experiences I've had in the past. Well done Jarred and T&C!!! First off I want to thank you and Kyle for making this happen. Stacy has been floating on air since we picked the truck up. We actually just made it back to work today. We spent 3 days giving it our "personal touch". She had the windows tinted, dual exhaust installed, and of course a special detail that my knees and back are still suffering from. Needless to say, it is spotless including underneath.
I had to buy 2 creepers so we could get under it to make sure there wasn't any dirt hidden anywhere. LOL
