Customer Appreciation Day --“Fish Fry”, at
Town & Country Collision Center

It’s not all about work. Sometimes we have to take time out to show our customers, insurance agents, local city leaders, law enforcement personnel and Town & Country Collision Center employees, how much we appreciate the things they do to make us successful.

Below are pictures from our “Fish Fry”, where we had a special guest from the BASS Women’s Bass Trail, to host our Fish Fry. Kathryn Ealey, Women’s BASS Pro was at the event, with her specially wrapped bass boat, and truck to sign autographs, pass out free caps and t-shirts. Kathryn “Kat” Ealey also called out door prize winners and handed out the prizes. Everyone was treated with all the fried catfish, hush puppies and slaw that they could eat. The event was held in the Collision Center shop at Town & Country Ford, a State of the Art Collision Center, built and provided by Steve Watts and Bill Sain, the owners, to provide the services needed by our customers when they have had an accident or need paint and body repairs. Rozars Paint Company brought in Mr. Whiskers to cook the fish and our vendors provided door prizes.

Paul Jones, the Collision Center Director, has been in the Collision repair business for over twenty years. Going back to the Women’s BASS Pro, Kathryn “Kat” Ealey, Kathryn and her husband Stuart Dysart are dedicated customers of Town & Country Ford, and have purchased many vehicles from us. Kyle Sain, the New Car and Truck manager decided to help sponsor Kathryn in her travels on the Pro Women’s BASS Circuit. Kathryn’s bass boat and truck, highlights Town & Country logos and her other sponsors. Her tournament shirts also have dynamic logos of Town & Country Ford. Kat qualified for the 2008 WBT Championship, and we are proud of her for doing so. Kathryn also served in the Army, before deciding to become a professional bass fisherperson. Having fished with Kathryn, she proved to me that she is very dedicated to her profession of bass fishing, has a goal, a great desire to accomplish her goal, the knowledge, implements to perform that goal, and a time frame to succeed in her goal.

Kathryn never meets a stranger and always has a dynamic smile on her face. She also takes time from her busy schedule to teach children how to fish. “Take a Kid Fishing”.

The employees at Town & Country Collision Center are selected from people that have the same attitude as Kathryn, toward success, and being proud of their work, and always gaining knowledge to better themselves to do their job to the fullest.
