Become a FACE BOOK FAN Dates: Contest begins 01-19-2010 and ends at Noon (12 PM Noon CSD) on 02-06-2010.

Who may Enter: Become a FACE BOOK FAN is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. 13 years of age or older. A winning minor (under 18) must be accompanied by a legal guardian or an adult (over 18) must have a valid driver’s license except the following classes of persons who are not eligible to enter:

Employees, officers, and directors of Town & Country Ford, LLC, their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Face Book Fan , and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above.

How to Enter:
Visit the Facebook.com and become a FAN of Town & Country Ford and you will become eligible to win Two (2) 50” Big Screen Televisions. You may also visit Town & Country Ford’s dealership located at 5041 Ford Parkway, Bessemer, Alabama 35022 or Town & Country Ford, Lincoln Mercury, 1101 Martin Street North, Pell City, Al 35215 and have a sales representative sign you up as a Fan of Town & Country Ford on Facebook.com. Limit of one entry per person for the entire promotion period.

Winner Selection & Notification:
On January 18 and February 6, 2010, a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible FANS of Town & Country Ford listed on FACEBOOK as a FAN of Town & Country Ford at 2 PM (CSD). There will be One (1) Grand Prize winner each day as listed above. You must be registered by Noon (CST) on the dates listed above to be eligible for that days drawing.

Prizes:

(1) Grand Prize: One 50” Wide Screen Television will be awarded on each day as described above at 2 PM (CSD).

1) Winner will be required to complete and return, within a specified time period, an affidavit of eligibility, and liability/publicity release (where permitted);

2) Winner will be required to present a copy of a valid social security card or a valid driver’s license as a condition of receiving prize;

Potential winners will be notified by Facebook Message following the random drawing. The winner must then call the telephone number included in the message to claim prize. You must respond within 24 hours after receiving Facebook message.

Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Face Book Fan administrator, which shall be final in all matters relating to this promotion. If a winner is found in violation of these rules he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media worldwide without limitation or further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, each winner agrees to hold Sponsor, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, the administrator and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless from and against any and all claims, damages and liability of any kind arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in the promotion or in any prize-related activities, and assumes all liability therefore. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of the Face Book Fan administrator or in the notification of the prize to winners.
